becky-tijerinaFuneral Services for Becky Ann Tijerina, 31, of Brownfield will be held 10 am Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church with Father Edwardo Teo officiating. Burial will follow at the Brownfield Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.

There will be a rosary held 6pm Monday and Tuesday, October 10 and 11, 2016 at Brownfield Funeral Home.

Becky passed away Friday, October 7, 2016 in Denver City. She was born April 4, 1985 in Lubbock to Rosa Tijerina. Becky graduated from Brownfield High school and then she received her CNA from South Plains College. Becky was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. She was an outgoing, fun, loving person who had many friends. She enjoyed listening to music, dancing and also spending time with her two children. Becky was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Tech. She was loved by her uncles and aunts dearly. She will be forever in our hearts, gone but not forgotten. Becky is preceded in death by her grandparents, Joe and Lorene Barnhart Tijerina and two nephews, Rudy and Ray Rodriguez.

Becky is survived by her daughter Cayley Contreras; son, Jayden Tijerina; parents, Rosa Tijerina and Ramon Arredondo; brother, Rudy Rodriguez and wife, Amy; best friend, Jeanne Galindo; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
