Seminole ISD Superintendent sentenced after DWI stop in Seagraves

A 2015 DWI stop of Seminole Independent School District Superintendent Gary Laramore started in Seagraves and resolved Monday in a Gaines County courtroom after Laramore pleaded no contest to the charge.

According to the Gaines County Clerk’s Office, Laramore was sentenced by Gaines County Judge Tom Keyes to 180 days in jail, probated for nine months. Laramore will also be responsible for 50 hours of community service, pay a $1,500 fine as well as $60 in compensation.

Laramore’s path into court started in October 2015 after he was stopped for DWI in Seagraves.
