Teodoro is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Lydia D. Herrera, and sisters, Francisca Gomez and Celia Silva. He is survived by his daughters, Thelma L. (Mario) Rodriguez of Harlingen, Teresa L. (Eddie Nieto) Herrera of San Perlita, sons, Thomas L. (Veronica) Herrera of San Perlita, Teodoro L. (Sulema) Herrera of Raymondville, and Timothy L. Herrera of San Perlita, sisters, Eduvina (Gene) Herrera of Raymondville, Diana (Juan) Yanez of San Perlita, and Ernestina Briones of Poteet, TX., brothers, Martin (Elvira) Herrera of Brownfield, TX., Abdon (Josie) Herrera of Hobbs, NM. Teodoro is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, August 8, 2016 from 9:00am to 9:00pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00pm. A Funeral Mass to celebrate Teodoro’s life will be held Tuesday, August 9, 2016 10:00am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church 693 N. 3rd Raymondville, TX. Interment will follow at Raymondville Memorial Park Cemetery.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are, Luis Herrera, Aaron Herrera, Joshua Rodriguez, Adrian Rodriguez, Leeroy Lopez, Servando Rodriguez Jr., and Roger Briones. Honorary pallbearers will include, Julian Herrera, Bryan Herrera, Jonathan Herrera, James Herrera, and Thomas Herrera Jr.
