Weda Beth Taylor- Carpenter FORT WORTH–Weda Beth Taylor-Carpenter, 74, passed away peacefully into the arms of her sweet Savior Sunday morning, July 8, 2018. SERVICE: 4 p.m. Friday, July 13, 2018, at Biggers Funeral Chapel. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Friday at Biggers Funeral Home. Burial: 11 a.m. Saturday, July 14, in Denver City Memorial Cemetery, Denver City, where she will be laid to rest near her parents. Weda was born Oct. 9, 1943, in Hobbs, N.M., and was raised in Denver City, Texas. She moved to Fort Worth in the late ’60s. She was a member of The Hills Church and was a loving and devoted wife and mother. Weda was a living example of Jesus Christ with a servant heart and unconditional love for others. She loved Jesus, her family, trips with girlfriends, yard work, fishing, sewing, and cooking. She was a joy to be around, always encouraging, and had a wonderful sense of humor, especially with her sisters. Weda was preceded in death by her parents, Sammy Vernon Taylor and Euple Nowell Taylor, and sister, Connie Simpson. Survivors: She is survived by her sisters, Dinger Daniel and Nancy Kissinger and her husband, Donnie; son, Jimmy Lambert and wife, Gina; daughter, Terri Lambert Yochum and husband, Tim; grandchildren, Ashley Yochum Parker and husband, Toby, Cody Lambert and wife, Jody, Ty Lambert and wife, Taylor, and Taylor Yochum and wife, Devon; great-grandchildren, Gracelynn, Kaidyn, Henry and Millie Yochum, Nathan and Peyton Lambert, and Colt Lambert; and many more family and friends who loved, respected, and adored her. Weda will be truly missed beyond measure. “We will see you in heaven, Sweet Little Mommy and Grandmother! Our deepest love and gratitude!”
