2021 Auxin Specific Certification Trainings

There are several opportunities to complete the Auxin Specific Certification Training for the 2021 growing season.  Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service – Lubbock is planning five (5) virtual zoom trainings starting next week.  With the exception of the first training on January 22, all subsequent trainings will take place on the second Friday of the month (February 12, March 12, April 9, May 14).  All trainings will start at 9 AM and last 1 hour. One CEU will be provided in Laws and Regulations category.

To participate in one of these trainings, please register using the following link:    https://agriliferegister.tamu.edu/organizationListings/209.

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service-College Station will be posting information on an online module training in the coming weeks on the AgriLife Online Courses website: agrilifelearn.tamu.edu.  Trainings delivered by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will satisfy both the US EPA requirement for mandatory dicamba training as well as the Texas Department of Agriculture requirement for approved dicamba and 2,4-D formulations.

Industry-sponsored training also are available.  Syngenta has dicamba webinar trainings starting on January 21 (https://syngenta.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_BgoSQ3-JR6y9n_3sU1wsdQ ).

BASF has online module, live webinars starting January 19, and in-person trainings scheduled, which can be found at https://www.engeniaherbicide.com/training.html.

Bayer live webinar trainings start January 20 and will occur weekly through March and can be found at https://www.roundupreadyxtend.com/stewardship/Pages/default.aspx.

All industry-sponsored dicamba trainings satisfy the US EPA requirement for mandatory dicamba training.
