BRMC Clinic reopens in new building

by admin

The Brownfield Regional Medical Center Clinic reopened on Saturday morning, after being closed for two days for moving.

The Clinic is now open in the newly renovated bottom floor of the two story addition to BRMC. Work on this project was delayed for various reasons, most having to do with COVID in one way or another.

The work was slowed due to only being allowed to have 10 workers at one time in the work area, due to COVID precautions. Then, there were delays in materials in some instances. But, at last it is now open and looks great!

The upstairs Obstetric and Surgical wing will soon be completed, as well.

The Clinic has four wings, with the two nurse practitioners each on their own wing, joined by a computer work station where they will be easily able to share nurses and aides.

There are two more wings which will house Dr. Chebib on one wing, and other specialty doctors on the other wing. It too is joined by a computer work station for ease in sharing help.

There is a great new waiting area, which is sunny and inviting, with a child’s play area.

Office hours will remain the same as before, with the same phone number, as well.
