Bryce McWhirter to participate in tour of Washington D.C.

Plains High School is pleased to announce that Bryce McWhirter was chosen to participate in the “Lea County Electric Youth Tour.” He will receive an all-inclusive trip to Washington D.C. to see our government both past and present.

Thank you Lea County Electric for providing this opportunity to students in our area and giving them a chance to see history and government come alive in our nation’s capital.
