  • No longer able to report community spread by county due to multiple reporting agencies and differing definitions by agency/county
  • Deaths: 569 (Up 24)
  • Total Texas Cases: 21,774 (Up 799)
  • Texas mortality rate is 2.6% (No change) (Pending infections less than two weeks)
  • 1,678 lab confirmed COVID-19 patients currently receiving hospital care (Up 259)
  • 8.5% of hospital beds of the 19,695 available in Texas are occupied by COVID-19 patients
  • 7,341 Recovered (Up 855)
  • Incidence rate: 94.73 per 100,000 people in Texas have acquired COVID-19
