Services for David Lee Cunningham, 68, of Brownfield will be held at 10am on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Brownfield Funeral Home Chapel with Gilbert Peters officiating.
Visitation will be held from 6-8pm Friday, May 13, 2016 at Brownfield Funeral Home.
David was born on April 20, 1948 to Jake and Martha Cunningham in Brownfield. He graduated from Union High School in 1967. David married Juanelle Lary on June 24, 1972 in Brownfield. David loved his family and friends very much and enjoyed attending family functions. He drove a truck both locally and cross country and into Canada and worked in the oil field for many years. David is preceded in death by his parents and 2 nieces, Amy Cunningham and Jeanifer Lary.
David is survived by his wife, Juanelle Cunningham of Brownfield; 2 children, Bonnie Prince and husband Ryan of Lubbock and Michael Cunningham of Lubbock;2 grandchildren, Gabriella Cunningham and Gavin Prince; 2 brothers, Don Cunningham and Sylvia of Lubbock and Jimmy Cunningham and wife Lynna of Bastrop; multiple nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
