Both the Mustang and Fillie golf team competed in the Roosevelt Invitational Tournament held at the Meadowbrook golf course.
Led by Caitlynn Durham the Fillies came home with the championship trophy. Durham carded a 99 over the 18 hole course and she too came home as the 1st Place Medalist.
Other Fillie scores included Hadlea Stine with a 112, Halie Cruz finished with a 118, Sunshine Ayala had a 127, and Ari Mendez turned in a 160.
On the Mustang side Justin Taff had the top score with a 107. Other scores for the Mustangs was Damian Gonzales with a 109, Tadan Tapaha and Blaise Sanchez both turned in a 115, Alec Martinez carded a 119, and Braeden Dyck finished with a 123. The Mustangs did not finish in the top three.
Both teams will be competing in Wink Invitational during Spring-Break week.
