DCHS Open House to be Held

The Denver City High School will be hosting an official grand opening (open house) on Monday, October 7, 2019 beginning at 5:30 PM.

Hot dogs will be served on the north side back patio of the new high school.

The official ribbon cutting ceremony and a JW Jones Auditorium dedication will start at 7:15.

Visitors may also meet and greet your child’s teacher from 6:30 to 7:15 while visiting in their classroom.

“We encourage everyone to take advantage of this opportunity to tour our new and state of the art high school,” high school principal Rick Martinez said. “We are very proud of our new facility and we are anxious to show it off to our community.”
