It wasn’t their prettiest win by any means, but when all the dust had settled the Fillies left the Dag with a hard earned 25-16, 25-23, 20-25, 25-19 four set win over visiting Idalou.
The match started with the Fillies in total control and looking at an easy sweep in sets as they jumped out to 9-3 lead that eventually grew to 17-7. However the Lady Cats wouldn’t go away and starting chipping away at their 10 point deficit cutting the Fillie lead to 21-16. A Marley Jordan kill followed by a Lexi Ivy ace along with two service winners gave the Fillies the first set 25-16.

The Fillies were able to cut the lead to 23-19 but Idalou won two of the next three points for a 25-20 third set and extend the match to a crucial fourth set.
