Seagraves, Texas- Funeral services for Donna Elizabeth Timms, 72, of Seagraves will be conducted Saturday, May 19, 2018, at 3:00 P.M. in the Assembly of God Church with Rev. L.D. Henson officiating assisted by Rev. David Williams, Rev. Glen Beaver and Rev. Ovidio Martinez. Interment will follow in the Gaines County Cemetery in Seagraves with services under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home of Seagraves.
Donna was born August 24, 1945, in Seagraves to Marvin and Bonnie Prindle. Donna and Wayne Timms were married May 9, 1964, in Seagraves and he preceded her in death in December 2017. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church where she served as pianist for most of her life, was employed by First United Bank for over 40 years and served as vice president at retirement, and was the treasurer for the Seagraves Museum. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mother, Bonnie Prindle, Father, Marvin Prindle, Mother and Father-in-law, Elner and Utah Timms. one sister, Nelda Fern Wagner, brothers-in-law, James Wagner, and Bill Payne.
Donna is survived by her children, Shannah Yerofeyev of Sparta, New Jersey, Sherry Alling and her husband Brian of Conroe, Texas and Scott Wayne Timms of Midland; two sisters, Wanda Payne of Midland, Lora Meyer and her husband, Ralph of Enid, Oklahoma; a brother, John Prindle and his wife, Margaret of Montgomery, Texas; along with five grandchildren, Jonathan Alling, Breanne Alling, Brookelyn Alling, Alexander Yerofeyev, and Anna Yerofeyev.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Assembly of God Church or the Seagraves Museum.
Family visitation Friday 7:00-8:30 P.M. in the Ratliff Funeral Home Chapel.
