There is a great event scheduled for this Friday and Saturday (September 25 and 26) evening at the Lynn Brisendine Community Plaza.
A group of local men and women are planning to “Elevate Brownfield” on those nights with a prayer and worship event.
The event is, of course, free and everyone is welcome.
On Friday evening, things will get started with a kind of “meet and greet,” from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. There will also be music during this time. A worship service will begin at 7 p.m. and will conclude at 8 p.m. Bruce Cargile will be preaching the sermon on Friday.
On Saturday evening, things will kick off at 6:30 with music and fellowship and the worship service will begin at 8 p.m. with Scott Peters leading.
This will be a great event for Brownfield. Our country needs prayer so much right now, and this is a great way to gather with your community to worship, praise, offer thanks and certainly to ask God’s blessings on our county, our state and our country.
