ODESSA – Eva A. McBride, age 67, of Odessa, TX passed from this life Tuesday, June 26, 2018. She was born in Brownfield, TX on Wednesday, April 11, 1951, to John Thomas Wright and Florence McBride.
Those left to cherish her love and memories are her daughters: Stephanie Denise McBride-husband Alvis Redic, Florence Evette Pride-husband Darrell, and Travette Lashon McBride Richardson; brother: Jimmy McBride; sisters: Nita Smith, and Evelyn Anderson, seven grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Eva worked as a CNA and caregiver for over 30 years. She was a person who had many friends and loved being around people. She went by “Granny” to many people. She enjoyed always caring for her nails and would do them every chance she had. Eva was a Dallas Cowboy fan and loved watching her boys play.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers: David McBride and Charles Bryant; and sisters: Emily Williams and Ernestine Kelley.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Monday, July 2, 2018, at Acres West Funeral Chapel with interment to follow at Odessa II Gardens section at Ector County Cemetery.
