Town Talks Dan Jackson got to sit down with Dr. Gary Adams, President and CEO of the National Cotton Council last week. Dr. Adams was in Lubbock to speak to the Lubbock Chambers Harvest Luncheon and the PCCA delegate body meeting. During their visit Dr. Adams touched on the continued efforts to obtain the cottonseed as another oilseed designation, as well as any hopes for some change in the 2018 Farm Bill for a cotton program. He also touched on trade.
