Graveside services for Mark Lee Lewis, 59, of Plains will be held Sunday, December 9, 2018, at 2:00 P.M. in the Plains Cemetery in Plains, Texas with Rev. Rick Doyle and Rev. Wesley Holland officiating. With Memorial Services immediately after in the First United Methodist Church of Plains, Texas with services under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home of Denver City. He passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2018, in Plains.
Mark Lee was born November 4, 1959, in Lubbock, Texas to Cecil and Dale Bearden Lewis. He graduated from Rule high school in 1978 and then graduated from Tarleton State University. He moved to Plains, Texas in January 1993, married Leann Ellison, March 12, 1994, in Plains, Texas. He was a member of the First Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mark Lee is survived by his wife Leann Lewis of the home; three sons Forrest Booth of Fort Worth, Trevor Lewis and Braeden Lewis both of Plains; a brother Russ Lewis and his wife Kelly of Italy, Texas; a sister Susan Lewis of San Antonio; along with a grandson Jace Lewis.
Visitation will be held Saturday, December 8, 2018, from 5:00 – 6:30 P.M. in the Ratliff Funeral Home Chapel, Denver City.
