August 16, 2021 – May 21, 2021

Graveside Services for Samuel Doyle Baker, 70, of Denver City, Texas will be held at 10:30 A.M. Saturday, May 29, 2021 in the Denver City Memorial Park, under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home of Denver City.

Samuel passed away Friday, May 21, 2021 in Denver City, Texas.

He was born on August 16, 1950 in Chandler, Arizona to Doyle and Ruby Creekmore Baker.  He was a long- time resident of the Denver City Community.  Samuel was a dedicated worker he loved his family.  He was looking forward to retirement and moving to where his family was in Pennsylvania.  He enjoyed camping and fishing with the family.  You will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Paul and Preston, a granddaughter McKenzie.

Samuel is survived by his son Jason Baker and his wife Tracie, two daughters Molly Crouse and her husband Adam, Holly Smith all of Smock, Pennsylvania; a brother Bill Baker of Arizona; eleven grandchildren James, Autumm, Hannah, Nancy, Alicia, Gage, Kaylynn, Kaden, Ethan, Avigail, Freya; two great grandchildren GraceLynn, Anakin; numerous nieces and nephews; along with his special friends Jonathan, Katie, Brailiegh, Elliott, Mason, Elijah. In lieu of flowers donations can be made toward funeral expenses.
