All three men were charged with Class A misdemeanor Purchase or Furnishing Alcohol to Minor. Bail for all three was set at $2,500 per individual.

According to a press release issued recently by the Seminole Police Dept., the men arrested on those warrants were identified as Frank Fehr Neufeld, 25, of Seagraves, Seth Austin Koedyker, 18, of Seminole and Buck Garrett Pitcox, 20, also of Seminole.

The incident allegedly involves 19-year-old Matthew Flores, who was found unresponsive inside a vehicle on or about Dec. 12.

The cause of his death is thought to be the result of alcohol poisoning.

All three men were taken to the Gaines County Jail and are currently out on bail.

The incident is still under investigation.
