Steve was born on April 5, 1974 in Brownfield to Louis and Angelita Lerma. He met the love of his life, Barbara Cruz in Brownfield 29 years ago. He loved being surrounded by his family and enjoyed every moment with them. He loved his grandbabies more than anything and his time with them was precious. Steve is preceded in death by his grandparents; uncles and in-laws.
Steve is survived by his wife, Barbara Cruz; daughters, Bethany Lerma and Brea Subia; son, Isaiah Lerma; grandchildren, Jazlynn Calderon, Christopher Lerma, Sophia Subia, Mychal Subia, Evahnae Cruz and Payton Cruz; parents, Louis and Angelita Lerma and a brother, Christopher Lerma.
