Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above-named Commissioners Court will be held on the 24th of June at 9:30 am at the Terry County Courthouse 500 W. Main, Rm 4B at which time the following subjects will be discussed. 

DELIBERATE AND CONSIDER ACTION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: 

1. Hear Public Comment on Agenda Items: At this time, the public is allowed to make a comment on any item listed on this agenda. Please fill out the Public Comment Sign-up Form, located at the end of the Commissioner’s table, and please turn it in to the County Clerk. Comments are limited to 3 minutes on each item. 
2. Approve Minutes from June 13th, 2022 Meeting. 
3. Examine and Pay Terry County Current Bills. 
4. Short Info & Update on Budget. 
5. Authorize Auditor to Issues Appointed & Elected Officials Credit Cards. 
6. Update on Cemetery Association. 
7. Discussion on Filing Fee for Cemetery Deeds.
