Seagraves- Funeral services for Tommy Joe Billings, 84, will be conducted Friday, September 29, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. in the First Baptist Church with David Henning officiating. Interment will follow in the Gaines County Cemetery in Seagraves with services under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home of Seagraves. He Passed away Monday, September 25th in Lubbock.

Tommy was born on March 29, 1933 in Lynn County, Texas to Earl and Ruby Moore Billings. Tommy and Joan Scott were married February 28, 1954 in Tahoka, Texas. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, a farmer, and a former Lions Club member. He was preceded in death by a brother Alton Billings and a grandson Jeremy Quisenberry.

Tommy is survived by his wife Joan Billings of Seagraves; two sons Lee Billings and his wife Pam and Danny Billings all of Seagraves; a daughter Jan Henning and her husband David of Seminole; a brother Walt Billings and his wife Norma of Seagraves; a sister-in-law Sue Billings of Seagraves; along with five grandchildren T.J Parks and husband Gary, Brad Billings and wife Brittany, Danlee Jo Billings, Cory Henning and Kaci Henning; and also four great-grandchildren Cassie, Colton, Tristan, Trace and his loving dog Biscuit.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to Seagraves Senior Citizens.

Family and friends visitation will be Thursday, September 28th from 6:00-7:30 P.M. in the Ratliff Funeral Home Chapel in Seagraves.
