Dee Turner, 81, of San Angelo Texas, formerly of Levelland Texas, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 4, 2017, in Marble Falls, Texas, of natural causes.

He was born in Floydada, Texas on Aug. 7, 1935, to Edith and Virgil Turner. He retired as Justice of Peace of Hockley County in which he served honorably for 22 years. Before being elected as Justice of the Peace, he also served as a law enforcement officer from 1960 to 1980 in Levelland, Lubbock, Denver City and Kermit, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Edith and Virgil Turner and his two brothers, Willie and Bobby Turner.

He is survived by two sisters, Laverne Bone and Leta Casbeer and two brothers, Dean and Dan Turner.

He has five children, Tammy Miller of Marble Falls, Billy Turner of Levelland, Vickie Barnes of Mesquite, Lane Turner of Franklin, Tn and Pete Court of Big Spring. He was blessed with 21 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Memorial service is at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 11, at Krestridge Funeral Home in Levelland, Texas.
