Kately Besler and her mother traveled to College Station for a 4-H Scholarship reception on Wednesday. At this reception, Katelyn received a $10,000 scholarship from the Richard Wallrath Educattional Foundation.
This will be Katelyn’s last 4-H event, after 13 years of active involvement. Katelyn has been involved in so many activities of Terry County 4-H.
Her mother, Judy Besler stated, “It’s been a 13-year run of learning. Learning through the good times, the hard times, and everything in between. It was cooking, sewing, taking pictures, feeding, walking, loving and showing pigs. Plus, the trip to Japan. Far too many experiences to list. We are so proud of all she has learned and done through 4-H. We have countless family memories through it all.”
